  1. Objectives:
    In a general framework related to biodiversity management and conservation, this topic is going to focalize in two main topics:
    First one, related to environmental aspects, water management, habitat degradation and pollution, with the aim of evaluating the impacts and proposing alternatives and solutions.
    Second one, applied to social and economic aspects, in relation to activities associated to fish and wildlife as hunting, fishing or ecotourism.

    1. Biodiversity
    2. Impact of human activity and status of the animal populations.
    3. Conservation strategies.
    4. Terrestrial habitats management.
    5. Aquatic habitats management
     
  3. Assessment:
    Course requirements include the presentation of working reports (30%), written exam (30%) and a final project (40%).
